There are many E Ink ebook readers that don’t have the wireless-control issues that everybody’s scared about in the Kindle. The Sony Reader is one great example, and the first model came out a few years before the Kindle even. Since Jeremy said he’d be first in line for such a device, he should head over to Border’s or a Sony Store and pick one up.
